Customer Support Agent - French Language

?Location: Bucharest | Schedule: Full-time | Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 remote)
?Industry: Casino & Sports Betting | Language: French (C1) + English

An international company in the field of gambling and sports betting is looking for aCustomer Support Agent who is fluent in French to provide customer support via chat and email. If you are empathetic, communicative, and enjoy finding quick solutions, this role could be for you!

?What you will do:
  • Provide clear and professional responses to customers via email and chat.
  • Handle requests related to accounts, payments, or technical issues and ensure a positive experience on the platform.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to technical teams when necessary.
  • Identify and report technical issues on the site following internal procedures.
  • Achieve individual and team objectives (KPIs).
?What we are looking for:
  • Advanced level of French (C1) + good English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and customer empathy skills.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support - advantage.
  • Basic IT knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, and online platforms.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear manner.
  • Calm, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Autonomy in tasks, but also a team spirit.
