Job description:

The Manager coordinates the location's activities: responsible for daily operations, resource planning, coordination, and management according to work procedures, and monitoring goal achievement.

Responsibilities:

- Planning and coordinating daily activities, setting priorities and work strategy;
- Establishing good relationships with customers and suppliers;
- Time, task, and workplace organization skills;
- Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of the business environment and the relevant market;
- Good negotiation, mediation, and leadership skills;
- Tact, creativity, and flexibility;
- Perseverance in achieving goals, strategic thinking, dynamism;
- Experience in coordinating and motivating the work team;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good computer skills.
