We are looking for a colleague to take on the role of Area Sales Manager.
The activity takes place 80% of the working time in the counties of Salaj, Bihor, Satu Mare.
The role involves carrying out sales activities in the designated area:
- managing and developing the existing portfolio of clients
- responsible for achieving the monthly sales target
- promoting the company's products in the area and implementing promotions
- identifying customer needs and addressing them
- market prospecting
- recovering overdue payments
- preparing the monthly sales report
- other specific activities
Requirements for the position:
- Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in sales, activity in the tools market or related field is an advantage;
- Specific knowledge: knowledge of the local market, sales and negotiation techniques;
- Secondary education;
- Foreign languages: English is an advantage;
- PC operation knowledge: WINDOWS, MS OFFICE, INTERNET EXPLORER, OUTLOOK EXPRESS;
- Skills, qualities, necessary aptitudes: good negotiator, very good communication and relationship skills with clients, attention to detail, quick decision-making ability, kindness, efficiency, diplomacy, tact, perseverance, insight, communicativeness, calmness, self-control, honesty, punctuality;
- Category B driving license
