Hiring Early Education Teacher

Position Description:

We are looking for a passionate early education teacher to join our team. As an early education teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with the youngest and most curious students, contributing to their cognitive, emotional, and social development in a safe and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing educational programs tailored to the specific needs of young children.
• Creating a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Collaborating with parents to ensure effective communication and a strong partnership in the educational process.
• Monitoring the progress of each child and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Ensuring a safe and empathetic classroom climate, promoting values of respect and understanding.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Degree in early education (preschool education)
• Completed higher education in Primary and Preschool Education Pedagogy and/or Pedagogical High School.
• Linguistic competence in English
• Proven experience in teaching preschool level
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to development
• Adaptability and creativity in lesson planning and delivery
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Competence in using educational technology and software applications
• Certificates in the teaching field (preferably at least permanent grade)
• Previous experience working with young children and solid knowledge of early child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a harmonious work environment.
