- University degree in Human Resources (or equivalent level);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Positive, proactive, and motivated person;
- Ability to continuously implement and improve recruitment processes;
- Organizational and task prioritization skills;
- Knowledge of English language, written and spoken;
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT).

Job Description
- Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with stakeholders and process managers; Review job descriptions;
- Prepare and launch internal and external job advertisements, recruitment campaigns, including job fairs, external providers, online job fairs, etc;
- Maintain relationships with external personnel leasing and recruitment firms;
- Conduct initial screening of candidates. Conduct interviews, candidate evaluations. Make proposals regarding selected candidates. Inform candidates about the selection process results and make the job offer;
- Manage internship programs and postgraduate programs. Provide recommendations for the onboarding training program for new employees;
- Manage employee motivation and retention programs to reduce turnover;
- Update records of individuals in the Information System (related to new employees). Prepare employee number reports. Reporting to AJOFM;
- Explore market best practices in the recruitment process and implement appropriate best practices within the organization;
- Prepare, communicate, and review KPI indicators in Recruitment and define continuous improvement plans for processes, procedures, and systems to meet the objectives of the Human Resources Department and the company.
