Site Manager/Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Managing project stages and prioritizing work;
- Developing the work plan and monitoring the execution plan;
- Preparing and signing all documents related to coordination work: work situations, periodic reports, time sheets;
- Participating in the internal acceptance of the work;
- Planning the workforce, tools, and equipment for the assigned project;
- Monitoring work execution on site in terms of quality, quantity, and adherence to the execution deadline;
- Monitoring and participating in all project phases, providing technical assistance throughout the execution period;
- Data consolidation and direct communication with the beneficiary's representatives;
- Communicating and sending necessary data between departments;
Requirements:
-Availability for travel
- Higher technical education;
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the construction field;
- Flexibility in schedule and decisions, willingness to work extended hours;
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating skills;
- Highly organized person with a keen eye for detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Very good organizational, planning, coordination, control, decision-making skills;
- Analytical and synthesis skills, focus on meeting deadlines and achieving final results;
- Dynamic, flexible, dedicated person with a team spirit;
- English language proficiency, technical background is an advantage;
- Category B driving license
