Now we have an opening for an Accounts Payable Accountant with the following description:

• Accounts payable management for vendor invoices: reception, check, order/ invoice reconciliation, accounting coding, posting and payment.
• Monitoring the invoices.
• Management of vendor master data.
• Point of contact for vendors for invoices and payments status updates.
• Analysis of vendor accounts debit.
• Analysis of vendor expenses and reporting.
• Expense report: reception, check, posting, payment.
• Preparation and submission of tax and declarations reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economic Sciences;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in supplier accounting;
• Very good attention to detail;
• Strong ability to analyze, organize and prioritize tasks;
• Reliability, good communication skills, team-player;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• English language skills (intermediate level).
