Regional Sales Representative

for tools and equipment (pneumatic tools, battery-operated tools, compressors, hand tools, specific equipment for auto services, greasing equipment, oil transfer equipment, industrial furniture, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Higher education, preferably technical profile
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in a similar position
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude, ambitious, eager to perform
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Availability for traveling in the allocated area 90% of the time
  • Availability and perseverance in acquiring new knowledge
  • English language skills - minimum intermediate level
  • Computer operation knowledge (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Driving license category B

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve established sales objectives
  • Present, promote, and sell the company's products in accordance with its standards and commercial policies
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers in the allocated area, whom they visit regularly and offer assistance and solutions for optimal resolution of various situations
  • Constantly monitor the increase of the client portfolio
  • Identify customer needs
  • Provide technical consulting services pre/post-sale
  • Participate in planning, implementing, and monitoring promotions
  • Collect information regarding customers, competition, prices, services, trends
  • Prepare specific weekly/monthly sales activity reports
  • Involve in debt recovery activities
  • Participate in trade fairs and profile exhibitions
  • Collaborate with other departments for the smooth conduct of activities
