Job Description
Nestle Romania is looking for a colleague for the position of Sales Agent - Purinafor Bucharest.

A typical day would go as follows:

Achieving monthly objectives by meeting performance indicators (GPS, OG, distribution, coverage, visits, visit frequency, merchandising, collections) for the assigned area.
Executing plans in-store by channel and brand/product, using merchandising/POSM tools to maximize sales.
Ensuring visibility of NPP brands by participating in relevant events (exhibitions, contests, conferences, workshops, etc.) as per the communicated plan.
Implementing plans and programs towards clients in the allocated area according to the received mechanisms and instructions.
Collecting payments and coordinating/monitoring customer collections.
Developing sales and channel/client/product plans by providing feedback on the execution of activities included in the execution plan.
Daily monitoring of customer performance against defined indicators (sales/sales out, stock levels, timely order placement, etc.)

How can you succeed?

Sales experience - min. 2 years
University degree graduate
English language - intermediate level
Driving license category "B"
Knowledge of FMCG market and industry
Negotiation, persuasion, and teamwork skills
Communication, enthusiasm, presentation skills.
