CUSTOMER RESPONSIBLE with French or English language

?Location: Cluj-Napoca | Schedule: Full-time | Working model: 8 hours/day at the office

Our company is looking for a Customer Responsible with advanced knowledge of French or English language to join our team in Cluj-Napoca. If you are an organized person, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this position could be suitable for you.

• Responsibilities:
• • Constant communication with French or English-speaking collaborators, suppliers, and clients
  • Organizing daily activities in the office
  • Constant monitoring of internal indicators;
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports related to own activity, field of activity, and competition;
  • Collaborating with different departments to achieve common goals
  • Translations

• Requirements:
• • High school or higher education;
  • Previous experience in administrative, communication, customer relations, sales, management, or marketing is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills in French or English (written and spoken) advanced/native level;
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Solid PC operating skills (Microsoft Office), remote communication applications;
  • Self-taught, organized, persevering person;
