Transport Operations Coordinator / Transport Dispatcher - Back Office

Location: Brasov

Hours per week: full-time

Your Department: As a back-office Operator, you will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team responsible for providing the highest quality services to a dedicated customer base internationally. This high level of service is achieved through collaboration with other operational and support departments within the organization, with the common goal of achieving a high level of quality for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Entering transport orders received from customers into the TMS (Transport Management System)
• Monitoring and updating internal records of routes in Excel or other established internal format
• Verifying data accuracy and maintaining an updated database
• Internal communication with colleagues from dispatch, transport, and accounting
• Electronic and/or physical archiving of documents related to orders (CMR, delivery notes, etc.)

As a Customer Service Representative, you take responsibility, know all customer requirements in detail, have excellent communication skills, and intuitive thinking.

o Very good communication, planning, and activity organization skills;

o Good command of the English language (any additional language will be considered an advantage);

o Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;

o Customer orientation;

o Personal profile oriented towards teamwork and sustained pace.
