Your mission:

• To be an ambassador for CEC Bank's products and services and to guide customers in need of assistance.

What will you do in this role?

• Promote, provide consultancy, and ensure the sale of the bank's full range of products and services;
• Manage the bank's customer relationships;
• Respond to customer requests regarding their account operations, in compliance with internal regulations;
• Handle cash operations (in lei and foreign currency); ensure the reception, verification, acceptance, validation, and processing of payment instruments/orders, including verifying the availability of funds in the account, based on the documentation provided by customers and the bank's internal regulations;
• Verify customer eligibility criteria (for lending products) and receive, in accordance with internal procedures, the documentation necessary for the analysis and approval of financing requests;
• Perform specific foreign exchange operations by processing the respective instruments (letters of credit, collections, conditional payment orders, foreign currency checks);
• Manage and be responsible for the cash and valuables in the cashier's office, in accordance with the NBR regulations and the bank's regulations; ensure the optimal operation of the cashier's office within the agency.

If you know about yourself that you have:

• Higher education (preferably in economics) or secondary education;
• Minimum age of 21;
• Experience in banking activities (an advantage);
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills, sales and presentation skills;
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks, organize and solve problems; attention to detail, correctness;
• Responsibility, integrity, confidentiality;
• Good knowledge of English/ specialized courses, taken in the country or abroad, are an advantage;
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
