Job details

• You will be responsible for 4-5 stores in the designated area*. Your role is to provide advice and support to the sales teams in each store in the designated area, in order to increase sales performance and achieve sales objectives in your area. For this purpose, you will make regular visits together with the sales representatives from each store, provide support in identifying customer needs, and assist in administrative processes, contracts, etc.
• You will actively participate in optimizing sales processes and identifying opportunities to increase turnover and profitability.
• You will conduct various sales analyses, based on which you will propose action plans to increase sales in the designated geographical area* and provide the necessary training in this regard.
• Although they will not be directly subordinate to you, you will evaluate the sales representatives' performance in the stores in terms of performance indicators.

What you should have:

• Experience in managing a sales team
• Availability for travel within the country
• Higher education;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to prioritize, plan, analyze, and synthesize;
• Strategic action capability, initiative, continuous improvement;
• Customer and results orientation;
• Industry experience is an advantage;
• Computer operation and IT system knowledge;
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Category B driving license
