We are looking for a talented and dedicated Accountant to join our team in the financial department. If you are an organized person, detail-oriented, and passionate about the field of accounting, this position could be suitable for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording in the SAP information system and verifying the correct and timely reflection in accounting, in accordance with current regulations and internal rules of the following operations:
- verification/operation of the internal/external supplier database;
- operation and verification of records regarding internal, intra-community, and import acquisitions;
- operation and verification of records related to internal and external service acquisitions - by applying the double taxation avoidance convention, where applicable;
- verification and reconciliation of SAP reports with analytical situations and details received from partners;
- reconciliation/validation of the Intrastat declaration with purchase and sales journals;
- operation and verification of banking records in SAP;
- operation and management of fixed asset registers, reconciliation with the analytical balance - capitalizations, exits, evaluations in SAP;
- record keeping and schedule for leasing acquisitions - including IFRS 16;
- monitoring of accruals for monthly closings recorded in accounting (evaluate the maintenance of previous accruals, prepare new accruals);
- verification and recording of expense reports, reconciliation, reports in SAP;
- analyze reconciliation with the balance of receivables, payables, and inventories;
- support in preparing the SAF-T reporting;
- assist and prepare information for internal and external financial audits;
- participation in the annual inventory of assets.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in economics;
- Experience as an economist in the financial-accounting field - minimum 4 years;
- Experience in SAP operation;
- Good Excel knowledge;
- Skills: organization, proactivity, teamwork, availability for extended hours during month-end closing;
- Intermediate level of English.
