Warehouse Coordinator / Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing stocks of raw materials, materials, and finished products
• Issuing reception documents and delivery documents
• Placing transport orders for merchandise deliveries
• Handling goods inside the warehouse and in the production area (loading, unloading, supplying workstations with raw materials)
• Operating the forklift and using the pallet truck for handling goods
• Using the ERP system and other tools (Excel) for proper goods management
• Keeping close contact with Customer Service and the Production Department for timely release of raw materials and timely deliveries
• Communicating with local customers for delivery planning and organization
• Coordinating the forklift and assembly team
• Communicating with the Finance Department for transmitting receptions and notices

Requirements

• Computer operation proficiency; basic knowledge of Office packages - Excel, Word
• Knowledge of ERP system usage
• Experience in working with WMS (scanning and location tracking) is an advantage
• Intermediate level of English
• Proactive thinking, dynamism, willingness to help;
• ISCIR certificate for forklift driving
