Danubius International University (DIU), formerly known as Danubius University, is entering a new era of development, with a bold strategic vision to become a model comprehensive international university in Eastern Europe. We are launching a public competition to recruit highly qualified, visionary, and globally minded Academic Deans for the following five schools:

🎓 Vacant Dean Positions:

1. Dean – School of Human Advancement & Life Sciences
2. Dean – School of International Governance & Law
3. Dean – School of Global Business & Leadership
4. Dean – School of Smart Education and Innovative Educators
5. Dean – School of Media, Design and Technology

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Significant academic and leadership experience in higher education
• Strong knowledge of university management, curriculum design, and research policy
• Familiarity with academic systems and legal frameworks in Romania, the EU, and beyond
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in both Romanian and English
• Proven ability to motivate and lead faculty and students in multicultural environments
• A passion for innovation in education and the development of academic programs
