What we expect from you?
- Previous experience in the field and passion for the QSR industry (mandatory),
- At least one year of experience in a leadership position,
- Proficiency in using MS Office package, especially Excel,
- Analytical and organizational skills,
- Enjoy working with people (building long-term relationships with guests and your team).

Job Description

What will you do?
- Ensure your guests feel good by applying consumer service standards, maintaining a clean restaurant, and taking care of overall customer satisfaction;
- Act as a role model for the subordinate team,
- Optimize costs through efficient management of restaurant resources,
- Responsible for recruiting and training employees,
- Initiate and implement marketing activities to increase sales,
- Ensure all necessary ingredients for preparing portfolio products are available,
- Organize shifts and work closely with the management team to constantly improve restaurant results.
