Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the sales strategy at a national/regional level.
- Coordinating the sales team and monitoring its performance.
- Setting commercial objectives and tracking their achievement.
- Developing relationships with key clients and attracting new partners.
- Monitoring the market and competition, identifying new opportunities.
- Periodic reports to management on performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in B2B/B2C sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
- Higher education (preferably in marketing, economics, management).
- Experience in team coordination and sales budget management.
- Good PC skills (Excel, CRM, ERP).
- Category B driving license - availability for travel.
