**Responsibilities:**
Receiving transport orders from clients and creating them in the operational system.
Checking drivers' activities and truck positions.
Coordinating transportation and routes, ensuring prompt delivery of goods to our clients.
Monitoring orders received from clients until delivery and maintaining customer relationships.
Efficient communication with drivers to provide real-time assistance and guidance.
Managing crisis situations and resolving operational problems professionally and promptly.
Preparing reports and necessary documents, maintaining accurate records of daily activities.
Constantly seeking solutions to optimize transportation costs.
Maintaining the database in the ERP system.
