Responsibilities: - to establish technological procedures for the production of various food products
- to intervene in modifying and improving recipes -
- to determine the requirements for the acquisition of equipment and machines used in production and the operational sector
- to compile lists with quantities and types of raw materials, to monitor their quality
- to supervise production in the section where the supervisor is located.
