Higher technical studies, preferably in Electromechanical or Automation Engineering
Solid knowledge in electricity and electronics, electrical testing and measurements
Knowledge of electrical safety standards
Communication and collaboration skills

PLC programming, interconnection of production equipment
Advanced level of Microsoft Office package
Knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, mechanics

Required work experience: Minimum 2 years in a technical department operating in a production environment in the Automotive industry or equivalent
Knowledge of German or English is an advantage
Tasks and responsibilities:
Participate in the assembly of test benches/modules, cliptest cable channel, fuse assembly, and screwing
Actively participate in the continuous improvement activities of equipment and processes within the area of responsibility
Maintain the 6S Program in the area of responsibility
Ensure the correct, planned, and coherent installation and update of equipment and processes within the area of responsibility in coordination with other functions of the technical department
Constantly cooperate with the quality department to ensure transparency, traceability, and validation of equipment operation programs within the area of responsibility
Know, apply, and implement internal systems
Ensure timely closure of actions resulting from complaints, improvement sites
Create visual aids and ensure their transmission to the trainer and other team members for implementation
Know and respect procedures within the area of responsibility
Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment within the area of responsibility Report to the direct superior the statistics of downtime, analyze it, and propose actions to reduce downtime
Monthly/when needed backup of data from the systems under responsibility
Keep the database history updated
Document maintenance in the system
Create, maintain, and update the stock of modules and spare parts for equipment within the area of responsibility
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the IATF 16949 standard, customer standards, and specific customer requirements (CSR)
Ensure the management of fixed assets for equipment within the area of responsibility
