We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Coordinator to join our team. The role is key within the company, with the responsibility to organize, plan, coordinate, and control activities in the production department. Main Responsibilities:

• Organizing and planning production in accordance with company delivery deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinating the production team and necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Participating in project initiation meetings and ensuring the specific requirements of each project are met.
• Weekly updating of the overall production planning and reporting to managers.
• Monitoring and implementing the annual maintenance plan for each equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and cleanliness in production areas.
• Preparing monthly production reports and reporting performance to the direct manager.
• Ensuring on-time deliveries, implementing continuous improvement measures, and streamlining production processes.
• Collaborating with internal departments to achieve common goals.
• Tracking performance indicators and proposing measures for improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience in coordinating production teams, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and team management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of maintenance processes and cost optimization.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with other departments.
