General purpose of the position:

Monitors the execution of works on the construction site in terms of costs, quantities, quality, and compliance with execution deadlines.

Main responsibilities:

• Plans, monitors, and organizes the on-site activities of subcontractors, workers, material suppliers, and services, by work chapters / execution phases;
• Monitors allocated budgets and ensures compliance with established costs;
• Regularly monitors the progress of construction activities on the site, organizes periodic meetings with all involved persons/subcontractors' representatives, and resolves any issues that arise during execution;
• Ensures compliance with execution technologies, according to current regulations, client requirements, and internal requirements for the specific work;
• Suggests strategies for optimizing activities, proposes new solutions;
• Prepares daily work reports and reports the actual and correct situation on the site, as requested, providing relevant explanations and activity plans;
• Develops action plans for continuous improvement of actual results and achieving new targets;
• Maintains a safe and healthy working environment by establishing and implementing standards and procedures, complying with regulations and legal codes;

Required qualifications:

Higher technical studies in the field of construction

Project manager certification - advantage

Required knowledge:

• Field experience - minimum 5 years
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office
• English language skills - intermediate/advanced level
• Driver's license: category B

The position requires availability to work on various open construction sites in the country, with accommodation and per diem provided in accordance with the law.
