What we expect from you:
- Medium/professional studies;
- Thoroughness, seriousness, correctness, and honesty;
- Experience in operating machinery/forklifts;
- Communication and teamwork skills;
- Reaction speed and decision-making ability;
- Physical endurance;
- Mobile app operation;
- English language - advantage;
- Forklift certificate - advantage.
What a day of work looks like with us:
- Preparing working machinery at height and forklifts for loading into heavy tonnage vehicles, for transportation to the customer;
- Completing digital reports in the application installed on the mobile phone for the delivery and reception of machinery;
- Handling machinery in the outdoor yard of the workplace, loading/unloading them from transport vehicles;
- Maintaining returned machinery, including washing/sanding/painting and preparing them for rental;
- Ensuring cleanliness of the washing ramp and work area.
What we offer:
- Negotiable salary package, depending on experience and knowledge;
- Meal vouchers - at a gross value of 40 RON/day worked (800 RON/month).
- Transport reimbursement up to 250 RON/month;
- Overtime paid by adding a 75% bonus to the salary, according to their duration, as per the law;
- Annual leave: 21 days/year + 1 day off/year for your birthday;
- Private medical insurance - after 12 months in the company;
- Access to training and development programs.
