Job Description: Product Delivery Manager

We are seeking a talented Product Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Delivery Manager (PDM) at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that will challenge and enhance your skills. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of SaaS products and solutions, ensuring that client requirements are met with high quality, on time, and within scope. PDM coordinates cross-functional teams and manages the overall delivery strategy, implementation planning, and client satisfaction throughout the product rollout process. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, project management, computer science, etc.). 
  • Knowledge of SaaS industry trends and best practices. 
  • Experience in handling product SaaS 
  • Proven experience in SaaS product delivery or similar roles. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. 
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or other project tracking systems is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies. 
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. 
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product delivery strategies aligned with product goals and client needs. 
  • Build and manage detailed delivery plans, timelines, and resource allocation. 
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal teams to meet delivery targets. 
  • Act as the primary contact for key clients during the implementation phase. 
  • Collect and tailor client feedback into continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Liaise with Product Management, Global Market, Engineering, Customer Support, and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth handoff from development to delivery. 
  • Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and escalations to internal and external stakeholder. 
  • Evaluate current delivery practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 
  • Lead and mentor Product Delivery Officers and other implementation staff.
