- Engineering degree;
- Minimum 1-3 year experience in a similar position;

Job Responsibilities
- Leads the production section scheduling activities;
- Monitors production execution;
- Monitors on-filed production performance, supports the execution team in issues resolution;
- Develops and implements production projects, processes, procedures, instructions and systems in order to meet production department objectives;
- Leads and conducts scheduling activities in coordination with logistics and other production departments such as production program analysis, planning orders allocation by production lines and human resources allocation on the lines;
- Follows up closely production execution on the shop floor, performs diagnostic of reported problems within production section (reparation, wire Break, over consumption, work areas organization and cleanliness (5S), defines and supports the production execution team in the deployment of immediate corrective actions;
- Implements and monitors on-field results of defined actions plan;
- Reviews production section KPI's and propose accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Production Department and the Company's objectives.
