Genesis College Theoretical High School is an authorized school of the IB (International Baccalaureate) international program at the primary level (PYP - Primary Years Programme), middle school (MYP - Middle Years Programme), and high school (DP = Diploma Programme), a flexible program that focuses on student-centered learning, emphasizing the social, emotional, and academic needs of children.

To expand our team, we need a teacher for primary education.

What responsibilities will you have within the Genesis College team?

- Adopting a comprehensive lesson structure based on interdisciplinarity and audio-visual means;
- Creating and delivering disciplinary content based on interactivity, aiming for instructive-educational teaching, both online and offline;
- Creativity and proactivity in developing educational offerings, emphasizing unique extracurricular activities and organizing unconventional lessons with a practical approach, both inside and outside the classroom;
- Coordinating projects and homework within the class program;
- Ease and experience in online teaching;
- Supporting an efficient and transparent communication process with parents and/or other partner institutions;
- Completing tasks within school committees;
- Participating in complementary learning activities;
- Participating in pedagogical and specialized training activities;
- Providing teaching materials and educational aids;
- Knowing and respecting the educational policies and principles of the institution in working with children.

What do you need to be part of our team?

If you have a positive attitude, adapt to the needs of each child, and are motivated by changes and new interactive things, then the following requirements should complement the list of expectations we have for you:

- Completed higher education; a master's degree in the field and complementary studies are an advantage;
- Education experience - minimum 3 years;
- English language proficiency;
- Technological knowledge - computer/projector/interactive whiteboard skills;
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Creativity and involvement;
- Availability for additional projects as part of the student development program;
- Desire for continuous improvement;
- Experience in the IB PYP international system is an advantage;
- Experience in extracurricular projects - summer camps, artistic workshops, or themed clubs;
- Relevant results in competitions, Olympiads, personal success stories;
- Specialized courses in the country or abroad;
- Passion and dedication to the teaching profession;
- Desire to be part of a dynamic team and maintain the high standards of the institution.
