PYRONOVA is a recognized leader in the design and implementation of fire protection systems in both the Slovak and Romanian markets. Our headquarters is located in Cluj-Napoca, with project sites throughout Romania and across Europe.

We’re waiting for you to join our team if you have:

• Completed higher technical education in installations/construction (preferred)
• The role requires flexibility to temporarily relocate to the city where the company has active projects in Romania (Bucharest, Timisoara, Sibiu, Cluj, etc). Travel will occur Monday through Friday, returning home on weekends.
• Previous experience in project management, at least 1 year
• Previous experience in fire protection systems or installations, at least 1 year
• Conversational level of English
• Category B driver’s license
• Good computer skills (MS Office; AutoCAD is a plus)
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Strong communication, planning, organizational and coordination skills

What you will do:

• Supervise and coordinate project activities - fire protection systems to industrial customer sites
• Check the feasibility of implementing design documentation before assembly work begins
• Maintain and update project documentation
• Monitor production and assembly
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions as outlined in operational procedures, safety regulations, legal requirements, and standards
• Manage the construction log or other project documentation, according to the contract requirements
• Organize the procurement of materials for production and installation to ensure project continuity
• Inspect on-site material storage and related activities (receiving and material quality)
• Monitor and invoice completed installation work for the project
• Perform cost control, cost monitoring, and ensure adherence to the approved budget
