Job description:
- Plan production activities according to established production plan to ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative indicators
- Develop and submit company policies regarding production for approval
- Organize and oversee maintenance and development of production capacities
- Coordinate introduction of new products into production and ensure compliance with specified parameters
- Ensure smooth production process flow, monitoring production in line with sales or customer requirements
- Develop technological instructions for each production phase, ensuring technology adaptation to raw material variations
- Participate in product quality control along the production flow
- Responsible for delivering finished products to customers
- Responsible for resolving customer requests
- Responsible for quantitative and qualitative reception of raw materials from internal and external suppliers
- Verify consistency between orders and accompanying documents
- Responsible for labeling and storing materials according to technical standards and regulations
- Coordinate identification, introduction, and control of processes included in the quality system
- Provide material and informational resources for quality policy implementation
- Lead quality assurance process in production activities according to existing procedures and standards
- Coordinate establishment and timely commissioning of new production capacities
- Execute any other directives given by superiors in line with company's short-term strategies within legal framework
- Coordinate preparation and control of SMC documents
- Coordinate quality training activities for personnel
- Promote quality awareness and customer requirement fulfillment within the company
- Maintain SMC integrity in case of changes
- Review production networks of all products and develop non-existent ones
