What will you do?

• Propose, select, and adapt the set of procedures and forms (methodology) by which the project will be conducted.
• Oversee the weekly progress of the project and manage the project team (comprising contracted suppliers and client personnel).
• Participate in various meetings and all project events, ensuring their proper preparation.
• Responsible for the organisational and conceptual project management.
• Ensure adequate communication, discussions, and feedback among different participants in the project.
• Prepare detailed monthly work plans (execution schedule) and monitor adherence to these plans.
• Ensure timely execution of activities.
• Organise and coordinate the procurement of goods and services within the project.
• Oversee the progress of activities according to the work plan.
• Facilitate cooperation among project participants.
• Perform specialised works and studies based on personal expertise.
• Ensure the project is conducted within the established parameters: time, requirements, cost, quality level, etc.

Education

• Higher education in electrical engineering/construction. RTE Certification is highly desired.

Experience

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a project manager in the renewable energy sector, in a construction company, or a real estate developer.

Competencies

• Habit of working independently without constant supervision.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate directly, transparently, and without constraints.
• High level of discipline and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
