Decathlon Romania is hiring a Supply Production Leader, full time, for our Timisoara office.

Decathlon develops, produces and sells multi-brand sports equipment for in-house brands dedicated to the pleasure and excitement of sports for all customers, from beginners to professionals.

Your Tasks:

• Prepare every season with a project team and my suppliers for products under my responsibility
• Set up a complete, accurate & updated referencing in our supply management system
• Master the cost breakdown of your products and work on cost optimization
• Build a relevant production planning and evaluate capacities and components needs
• Manage the orders and guarantee the delivery on time and availability in stores on all products
• Lead the continuous improvement of the supply organization in our suppliers

Your Personal Characteristics:

• Sports enthusiast
• Curious and handy, like to carry out investigations by himself on the field.
• Engineering studies represent a plus
• Energetic, responsible, organized, autonomous
• Team player, willing to collaborate
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Available to travel abroad for work and trainings
• Driver license, mandatory
• Computer-savvy
