Team Leader – Maintenance & Facility

Responsibilities:

•   Receives machines and equipment and brings them in the internal system.
•   Plans, coordinates and supervises the maintenance activity of the production and auxiliary equipment, ensures the provision of the necessary SDVs and spare parts.
•   Participates in the analysis of complaints received from customers and in establishing corrective/preventive actions to eliminate/prevent their causes when assigned to the team.
•   Maintaining building facilities and surroundings with personal team and with external partners when required.
•   Managing and creating contracts with external partners to have them approved by management.
•   Makes risk analysis for the processes under his responsibility.
•   Complies with the provisions of the system procedures.
•   Completes work tasks correctly and on time.
•   Shows loyalty to the company.

Requirements:

•  Higher education in the technical field.
•   Minimum 1 year experience in the industrial environment.
•   Strong Technical skills.
•   Solid communication and negotiation skills
•   Proficient in maintaining and creating relations with internal and external partners
•   Experience in managing and working with staff in the area of responsibility.
•   Solid knowledge of PC operation.
•   Strong knowledge of English language (German is a plus).
•   Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities.
•   Availability to travel for professional purposes.
•   Ability to coordinate projects.
