Hybrid role from Bucharest

Your Role:

You’ll take center stage in enabling seamless technology by providing technical and operational support across various solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
🔍 Troubleshooting and resolving complex network and operational challenges.
💡 Optimizing product performance and tailoring customer solutions.
🤝 Collaborating with engineering, QA, and customer teams to drive success.
📘 Contributing to knowledge base articles and delivering technical training.
✈️ Occasionally traveling to provide hands-on expertise and technical insights.

What You Bring:

✅ A Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
✅ 3+ years of experience in technical support for advanced networking and wireless solutions.
✅ Expertise in authentication protocols, VoIP troubleshooting (SIP, SVP, H323), and process optimization.
✅ Strong multitasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
✅ A willingness to work in shifts and tackle challenges head-on as well as training in the office

Preferred Superpowers:

🌐 Enterprise Networking Expertise: Hands-on experience in planning, testing, implementing, and supporting wired and wireless technologies.
🎓 Certifications: CCIE, CWNA, ACCP, ACMP, ACMX, ACDX, RHEL.
📡 Advanced knowledge of wireless protocols (802.11ax, Wi-Fi 6/7), RADIUS, PKI, and VPNs.
🛠️ Proficiency in Linux, SQL, APIs, troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, nmap), and more!
