Responsabilidades
- Proporcionar resolución para mantener los estándares de calidad
- Revisar el contenido y proporcionar resolución basada en pautas prescritas
- Reconocer tendencias y patrones y plantear problemas de manera oportuna
- Proporcionar información para ayudar a mejorar el soporte a los usuarios
- Mantener un entendimiento completo de los procesos y políticas
- Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a nuestros clientes
- Este trabajo puede requerir trabajar en un horario 24/7 con turnos alternos y revisión diaria de contenido en línea que puede ser altamente perjudicial/sensible, como (pero no limitado a) violencia gráfica, autolesiones, abuso infantil y discursos de odio.

Calificaciones que buscamos en ti

Calificaciones mínimas
- Cualquier graduado (posgrado es una ventaja adicional)
- Los recién graduados son elegibles
- Un nivel mínimo de B1 en inglés tanto hablado como escrito.

Calificaciones preferidas
- Habilidades efectivas de sondeo y análisis / comprensión
- Habilidades para resolver problemas con enfoque centrado en el cliente
- Debe poder trabajar en un horario flexible (incluido el trabajo en turnos de fin de semana)
