Requirements:

• Lawyer with 3-4 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, interpreting, and negotiating various types of contracts, drafting legal opinions, corporate documents, notifications, summonses, powers of attorney, addresses, requests, etc. (accuracy and attention to detail in document drafting; expression should reflect mastery of legal terms);
• Legal knowledge in labor law, copyright law, corporate law may be an advantage (drafting corporate documents, statutory acts of the company, fulfilling the necessary formalities for their registration with the Trade Registry);
• Legal experience in media (TV, radio, print, online) and/or event organization is an advantage;
• Ability to work under deadlines with a pragmatic approach, oriented towards understanding the commercial needs of the company, as well as towards identifying appropriate solutions for efficiently resolving encountered situations;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, legislative programs.

Desired collaboration is with a LAW FIRM, experienced in corporate contracts & GDPR (not for litigation resolution in court).

The announcement is valid for the city of Bucharest, full-time program, from Monday to Friday, working from the company's headquarters.

Depending on the experience, we may request support for a written test to assess knowledge.
