Responsabilités
- Fournir des solutions pour maintenir les normes de qualité
- Examiner le contenu et fournir des solutions basées sur des directives prescrites
- Reconnaître les tendances et les modèles et signaler les problèmes en temps opportun
- Fournir des informations pour aider à améliorer le support aux utilisateurs
- Avoir une compréhension approfondie des processus et des politiques
- Fournir un excellent service client à nos clients
- Ce poste peut nécessiter de travailler selon un horaire 24/7 avec des quarts alternés et une revue quotidienne du contenu en ligne qui peut être hautement répréhensible/sensible, tel que (mais sans s'y limiter) la violence graphique, l'automutilation, la maltraitance des enfants et les discours de haine.

Qualifications que nous recherchons en vous

Qualifications minimales
- Tout diplômé (un PG est un avantage supplémentaire)
- Les débutants sont éligibles
- Maîtrise de la lecture/écriture en anglais et en français

Qualifications préférées
- Compétences efficaces de questionnement et de compréhension/analyse
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes avec une approche centrée sur le client
- Doit être capable de travailler selon un horaire flexible (y compris des quarts de travail le week-end)
