IMSAT is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate the implementation of our projects with professionalism, results-oriented, and adherence to the highest safety and quality standards. What are the responsibilities of the position?

? Coordinate the implementation of projects, ensuring their delivery within budget, on time, and at the required level of quality
? Continuously monitor the progress of work, project margin, and budget execution, taking measures to maximize results
? Ensure compliance with legal requirements and health and safety standards at all project stages
? Manage client relationships, identify new collaboration opportunities, and communicate effectively for project success
? Actively participate in project bidding, contracting, and launching stages
? Plan and coordinate the necessary resources (human, material, logistical) for the smooth progress of work
? Organize project meetings (KOM, periodic evaluations, lessons learned, etc.) and validate technical and administrative documentation
? Monitor performance indicators (technical, financial, HSE) and propose corrective actions where necessary
? Coordinate the project team and contribute to the integration, development, and evaluation of team members

What we expect from you?

? Higher technical education
? Previous experience in project management, preferably in the industrial or construction sector
? Project management courses - an advantage
? Good PC operating skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, project-specific software)
? English language - intermediate-advanced level (French - an advantage)
? Planning, organizing, and coordinating skills
? Leadership and team motivation abilities
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, and results-oriented
? Solid knowledge of project financial management
? Availability for travel within the country, depending on the coordinated projects
