Luzan Logistic SRL is a dynamic organization specialized in the distribution and import of tobacco products

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented person to join our team as a Trade Marketing Representative for the products imported by the company (cigarettes and tobacco).

As a Trade Marketing Representative, you will play an important role in supporting the sales teams of zonal distributors. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential partners, negotiating contracts, conducting field visits for listing, displaying, and installing materials at the point of sale, implementing promotions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote the portfolio of marketed products;
• Support the activity of agents in the zonal distributor teams;
• Negotiate visibility and communication contracts for Luzan's portfolio products;
• Implement promotions in the allocated area;
• Prepare and manage contracts in accordance with company policies;
• Install and update Luzan materials according to campaign plans (displays, planograms, price tags, shelf communications);
• Maintain the visibility of Luzan products in the stores in the assigned area, as well as arrange them according to company standards;
• Monitor compliance with the agreed contractual conditions in the customer relationship;

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed secondary/higher education;
• Experience in a similar role in the FMCG sector is an advantage;
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Customer-oriented, flexible, stress-resistant;
• Category B driving license;
