Sales Support/Back-office

Your role within the team: supporting the smooth running of commercial activities to achieve the company's sales objectives.


Requirements:

  • University degree graduate, ideally with a technical background
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, ambitious, results-oriented
  • Availability and perseverance in acquiring new knowledge
  • Organized person, capable of planning and managing time effectively
  • Attention to detail and quality of work
  • English language - minimum intermediate level
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and selling company's products
  • Handling customer requests, identifying their needs, and providing suitable solutions
  • Preparing and monitoring offers to customers
  • Monitoring tenders, including on SEAP, and analyzing participation opportunities
  • Preparing offers and documentation for tender participation
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external suppliers to obtain necessary information in sales processes
  • Processing received orders
  • Providing technical and commercial support to customers
  • Offering solutions for objections and complaints from customers
  • Ensuring timely delivery of customer orders
  • Updating customer database
  • Following up with customers to finalize prepared offers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to generate repeat sales
  • Creating written product presentations
  • Identifying new sales opportunities, new customers, contacting and qualifying them
  • Providing operational and commercial support to the sales team
  • Preparing reports on the conducted activities
