Job profile:

The main task is to support the research team with the following analysis activities:

- Detailed structural analysis of assemblies and parts made of metal and/or CFRP

- Thermal analysis of components used in satellite thermal control

- Generate the required reports and FEM as part of the standard project deliverables/documentation

- Support the system engineers in developing solutions

- If you have the applicable qualifications and interest you will help with the assembly, integration, and test campaigns – including test correlations.

Qualification:

- Relevant Training and professional experience in structural and/or thermal analysis in

Space, Aeronautics or Automotive

- Experience in thermal analysis highly appreciated

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

- Good FEM software knowledge (Ansys, FEMAP, Patran/Nastran)

- Precision work down to the detail

- Quick learner and adaptability

- Ability to work independently

- Good spoken and written English level

- Reliability, collegiality and teamwork.

Nice to Have (but not necessary for your application):

- Knowledge in the field of fiber composite components

- Previous experience in documentation writing (Certifications, Detailed reports)

- Good knowledge of a CAD software

- Enthusiasm for space - highly appreciated.
