Responsabilități
o Oferirea de soluții pentru menținerea standardelor de calitate
o Revizuirea conținutului și oferirea de soluții conform unor linii directoare prescrise
o Recunoașterea tendințelor și a modelelor și ridicarea problemelor la timp
o Oferirea de perspective pentru a ajuta la îmbunătățirea suportului pentru utilizatori
o Menținerea unei înțelegeri aprofundate a proceselor și politicilor
o Oferirea unui serviciu excelent clienților noștri
o Acest loc de muncă poate necesita un program de lucru 24/7 cu ture alternative și revizuire zilnică a conținutului online care poate fi extrem de grav / sensibil din punct de vedere naturii, cum ar fi (dar fără a se limita la) violență grafică, auto-vătămare, abuz asupra copiilor și discurs de ură.

Calificările pe care le căutăm la tine

Calificări minime

o Orice absolvent (studii postuniversitare reprezintă un avantaj)
o Proaspeți absolvenți sunt eligibili
o Un nivel minim de B1 în limba engleză, atât vorbită, cât și scrisă.

Calificări preferate
o Abilități eficiente de investigare și de analiză / înțelegere
o Abilități de rezolvare a problemelor cu o abordare centrată pe client
o Trebuie să puteți lucra într-un program flexibil (inclusiv lucru în ture de weekend)
